Abstract Submission

Each meeting participant has the opportunity and is encouraged to present their poster during one of the two poster sessions.

Abstracts will be selected for oral presentation at each plenary session. The deadline for submission of abstracts for the consideration of oral presentations is Midnight, Friday March 16, 2012.

Abstract content should be relevant to the meeting’s focus. The length of the abstract should not exceed 2200 characters. Abstracts must be submitted electronically in the participant’s profile by March 16, 2012.

To submit your abstract, visit your account page. If you select "Edit" on this page, you will be taken to your registration form, where you will see a button to upload your abstract in the "Research" section.

Registrants will be notified by email of the Organizing Committee’s decision regarding abstract oral presentations no later than April 13, 2012.

The abstracts of all accepted registrants will be available online to all registered participants, unless you notify us to the contrary.
